I am on a G4 computer with OS 9, where someone placed a password on Photoshop. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it. Thanks

Can you describe the password prompt? Basic OS9 does not seem to have password control over applications.
Try booting with the extensions off to disable screwball security.

HOw would i turn extensions off?

Either Apple menu > Control Panels > extension manager if you wanted them off forever OR
Hold down the shift key while rebooting to turn them off just once
