The company that i'm currently working for has recently moved offices, in the move they copied all of there outlook contacts and then put them into the new system in the new office.
The problem that i have found is that now none of there distribution lists are linked to the address cards. To make matters worse the organisation has restructured a large number of e-mail domains etc. This would have been ok if the distribution lists were still linked but they are not and a lot are very out of date.
They have thousands of contacts and hundreds of distribution lists. 99% of the contacts are the same as before except for e-mail addresses. When i click update and select repair it doesn't repair any and makes them all unlinked addresses.
Is there any way of re-linking them without manually going through each one?
Thanks for any help, this is a real nightmare!!!
