Lost guides in PowerPoint

I dragged the horizontal guide from a slide and cannot seem to get it back!
Any ideas????? If you want to be a bear:
Be a Grizzly!

Where ever you dragged it, go right to the edge of the slide and then click (holding the button down). You should see a number and an arrow pop up. You can then drag the guide back to whereever you want it.

Unfortunately I have tried that. It does not seem to be there.
I reduced the slide to 55% and tried dragging the mouse to locate it. I can introduce more verticle guides, but so help I can not seem to add another horizontal one!
Is it an oversight on my part???? If you want to be a bear:
