lost Exchange tabs in ADU&C 2

I am running Exchange 2003 SP1 with 2 x Domain controllers on Server 2003 SP1,
when I look in the first server's ADU&C and open a users account properties, I seem to have lost all of the extra tabs relating to exchange server, it has reverted to the standard pre-exchange format with the e-mail address on the general tab, the second DC is OK, I have tried changing the view but it does not help, the Exchange server is working normally,

has anybody out there seen this before?

did you install the exchange management option on it?

pull the exchange CD, run setup--->custom--->management tools
