Lost email

We currently run Exchange 5.5 with Outlook 2000 on Nt.
One user lost only their month of Novembers mail.
They have their October mail. I found their December mail in the in recovery email options under the delete folder.
But I can't find the November mail. Our Exchange Server in backup with Legato. Anybody have any ideas?

Yes, I have checked the archive folder.
Any other ideas?
