Hello all,

I Have a server running exchange standard 2003. I updated adobe reader over the weekend and now all of my users have lost all of their e-mail, contacts, calendar etc... It is like the exchange db just defaulted. It is sending and receiving just fine. But anything before the 4th of July is gone. BTW I did the update on the 2nd of July. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So you updated Adobe Reader on your workstation and your mail is gone? What if you look in OWA?

Plan for performance, and capacity takes care of itself. Plan for capacity, and suffer poor performance.

OWA is the same. all clients have lost e-mail, contacts and calendar items. almost like they exported their PST. and started new. I really am not so sure that it is an exchange issue. it might just be a outlook client issue.

What mailbox sizes / item counts / dumpster sizes is ESM reporting?

No mailbox management task that someone has set to a stupidly low number of days?

Do database sizes match with the size of the ones in backups taken before 7/4?
