Loss of call processing

I'm have intermitent problems with an opt61c. First, I loose any ability to dial out via, no call processing. Second, I have a red L.E.D constantly lit on the backplane of one of my Core/Net module, right behind the 3PE card. Third, on the CP card I have a maintenance diplay message of 8A SDI 10. Fourth and lastly, What does a C mean on the display screen of theIODU/C Card.

Any help will be appreciated.
 
the red light marks core 1, it's out on core 0 due to a strap.. define loss of call processing, can you dial station to station? do you get dial tone? if you can't dial out look at the trunk routes to make sure they are all in service and not busy

When I loose call processing I don't have dial tone at all. The only way I can remedy the problem, is by INIing the switch, but I can't keep doing that.
 
is this side related? ie always on one cpu? check for redudnant cpu's.. next time ld 135 scpu would be my 1st move.. clean up your software, built phones that don't match the actual, phones that are built and not plugged in. etc, any software that is "left in" needs to go away, cequ needs to match the actual, no spare ipe's or pri's built etc. sounds like a mem problem, check to see if that's max'ed out. a hardware problem usually give you codes as it goes down, i would also lock it down on one side until i found the problem, if it happens again, lock it down on the other.. stat and test all the common equiptment.. bad thing about that is it will get worse, if it's hardware, one of those ini's will be the last, it will go down and stay down. it's very hard to trouble shoot one when it will no longer boot
