Losing Proxy Settings

Hello,
We have a few computers that keep losing the proxy settings after a reboot. The IE settings revert back to the old. Has anyone come across this and if so, how do I fix it and what causes it?

Hi,
How are the proxies set up - automatic , script, etc..

Do the ones that fail have a different set of options set under the Connections/Lan Settings tab?

They are manually put in. Normally they stick, although on this one, it it unchecked once rebooted or looged off. We have to go back in and check the proxy box so they can get on the internet.

Can it be fixed via Group Policy, as in this thread?
