Loosing Internet

Hi,

I have a problem with SBS 2003 right now, where I am loosing internet frequently throughout the day where I cannot get a web page but my outlook stays connected and when I check the server it can load a web page but users cannot?

Is there a service that might be not working properly, I don't think its a problem getting to the server, because a minute ago when it happened again I could not get a web page but my download was still connected and downloading fine?

Any ideas?

It sounds like an DSN issue if your download is working but you can't load web pages. Use nslookup to check DNS during problematic period.

If its not a DNS problem it could be a problem with your ISP. BUT before you look to your ISP make sure your cables are good, sometimes bad wiring or bad switches can lead to these sort or problems. Netgear switches tend to do that often.
