I need to automate the following with a word macro:
With a doc file (formatted with 2 columns) and one column full of text- count the lines of text, multiply the number of lines by a constant value, goto the bottom of the column, add a line and insert the amount returned by the caluclation. Any help getting started would be appreciated!
(this will be used to estimate the cost of newspaper obituary notices before sending them and having to wait for a call back from them.
