I have a loop 34 which was getting LOSFA errors and OS_lOSFA
errors I will get the DTA 21,22 23 error messages.I opened a
telco ticket and they stated they were running clean up to the csu.when I enabled loop 34 it ran clean for 3 days. Now I am getting the same errors.I check the connections up to the csu all looks ok.Any advice.

got another loop you can flip the connection with? See if it stays on your 34 or follows the telco.

You could also bypass the CSU for a few. Are you getting any clocking errors from the PBX?

los of frame.. think clocking.. prt your ddb,, stat your clocks.. if your box is in freerun,, clock it off of your provider
