I created two tables regarding membership dues.
Member Names - 1st Table
Member Donantion - 2nd Table

The 1st table contains member names only (with a key)
The 2nd table contains various fields to input money amounts given by members.
The 2nd table name field lookups up the name on the 1st Table BUT it only shows the first name.

It the properties it says that 3 columns are included (key, firstname, Lastname. But only the first name will show up.
What can I do.

PS - A Relationship for the two name fields has been established.

I may not be understanding the entire issue, but it sounds like a SQL statement might be the solution -- then again, I could be totally out to lunch--
[Table1]![NameLast] & " , " & [Table1]![NameFirst]

there's something i missing about your problem,

You have a "Name" field in the 2nd table SO how you want it to show you two fields from the 1st Table.
Mohamed Aly
samara_79@hotmail.com

From the lookup properties of the name field, in 2nd table it allows you to look up more that one column.

Now both names, first and last, show when u open the menu for that name field, but only shows first name after its been selected.

Yes man,
it can display (as many fields as you want), but it will only save one of them (the one which is bound).
Mohamed Aly
samara_79@hotmail.com

It sounds as if your settings for column width's is not to your goal. If you'd like to view the full name after selecting it from the combo box, the field that currently displays just the first name should be something along the expression that Melee proposed,

FullName:[Table1]![NameLast] & ", " & [Table1]![NameFirst]

, and the column count setting 2, with bound column to 1, and column width to 0";2" (or so). This way, the full name of the selected person would be displayed, rather than just the first name.

HTH,
Drew
