looking up routed directory numbers to option in the option

i was wondering if there is a way of how to look up numbers in the option that were routed to the option switch

There is no way to see numbers that are being sent in to the PBX from telco etc. or from any other source, you would have to get that information from the remote source equipment/vendor.
