I'm running a MICS 0x32 with version 6.0 (30BwE02 NAT). Several techs on this forum have remarked in multiple threads that this version is known (even by Nortel!) to be buggy with PRIs. I would like to show some proof of this, e.g., Nortel tech article nos., to my support tech (who could get this on his own but I'm trying to move things along a bit) to get him to upgrade my switch to a non-buggy version as I've been having PRI problems ever since moving to 6.0.
Can anyone provide links or references to Nortel documentation of this problem? Also, my tech says that he can only get ver. 7.0 or 7.1. Are either or both of these more stable connecting to PRIs than 6.0? And the final question: I also have a StarTalk Flash, v 1.90. If I upgrade to 7.0 or 7.1, will it still work; if so, will it require a version upgrade and to what version?
Thanks a lot!
Roshan
