Looking for info on different types of CMS reports

Hi

I'm trying to find out the difference between these 2 historic VDN reports. All I was after was total calls received in a month

VDN Call Profile Monthy & VDN Skill Preference Monthly.

I expected the ACD + Conn call on the first to be the same as Inbound on the second but the first report shows 0 and the 2nd shows 243. Both reports show the same abandoned calls.

There are no skills assosciated with the call flow, vdn - vector - to extension (Don't ask why as I've never found out the reson for this way of workig here!)

Any help or pointers to CMS pdf describing report types appreciated.

Find your release and it will help you with information regarding the reports.

Also search for: "avaya cms database items and calculations"
