Looking for free easy to use templates

Hi,

I've promised a friend to make a small website for a sportsclub of which he is a member.
Followed a course Dreamweaver 8.
Now I'm looking for a free template to start with.
Was thinking of a header row with title + photo.
Body : In left column a table with editable buttons. On the right an editable region in which I can put photos + anothe table or text. All colours, letter types etc. should be changeable.

Anyone can tell me where to find easy free macromedia templates ?
