If any one here has FPW26 on a machine with Win2000, please respond as I need someone to confirm a possible bug.

Thanks!

Based on the number of people, including myself, who have responded to questions about FPW26 running within Win2K, I would say that there are quite a few of us.

I'd suggest that instead of querying if there are some of us out here, you instead go ahead and state your issue and then let us respond.

Good Luck,

If their problem was as stated in the other thread (problem with GETFILE()), then I find no problem with it using FPW2.6 and Win2K Pro.

The simple EXE which I built executing a GETFILE() worked fine.

Good Luck,

Scott:
Thanks for leading them to the thread!

JRB:
Wow. Cool thanks for checking for the "bug".
So it works fine on your machine which makes me think it might be something with mine.

Does anyone have a multi-monitor setup? If so could you check to see if it acts buggy. I have a multi-monitor system. SO maybe the Win2000 drivers for my dual-head card is buggy, where the Win98 drivers are not.

For now, unless someone experiences the same bug, I will assume it is my driver/video card.

Dave:
Good idea!

If you are hip to this idea, then email it to me at:

I tested the same routine here on my client's Win2K workstation and it worked here as well.

I sent all of my GETFILE test files (EXE,PRG,PJT,PJX) to your email listed above.

Good Luck,
