looking for Flash / Coldfusion tutorial to....

Hello,

I was wondering where I can find some good tutorials to learn how to integrate Flash and Coldfusion with some databases involved. Pulling pictures dynamically, populating a quiz with questions from a database, amongst other things, are all things I need to learn.

Any help?

yeah the price on flex is a bit high, if you can't stomach it- you can find some good starter tutorials for flash remoting at

i'd really prefer to use something like Flex myself, but i can't handle the price tag

Yeah I definately don't want to buy an application. I want to build it myself. The project that I need this for, will not justify spending any kind of money. I'll check out those other tutorial links.
