Looking for Feedback on LineStein Digital adapter

I am considering purchasing the Hello Direct LineStein Digital adapter. It will allow analog modem to utilize the digital signaling from the PBX. I am out of analog ports and all my POTS lines are spoken for. I thought this would also be useful for either a visiting rep or a if the polycom speakerphone has to travel to an office or room that is not set up with a static analog port. Just looking for feedback prior to suggesting purchase
