Looking for Embedded SQL for COBOL Toolkit

Does anybody know where i can find "Microsoft Embedded SQL for COBOL
Programmer's Reference" or "Microsoft Embedded SQL for COBOL Programmer's
Toolkit" ?

I have Microsoft COBOL 5.0 and MicroFocus COBOL 3.4 and would like to access
SQL databases from COBOL.

I've tried eBay, Amazon, Google etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Microsoft does not supply SQL for COBOL.

Look at

for their own manual.

Didn't Microsoft abandon COBOL eons before embedded SQL came to be?

If its any consolation, Fujitsu's COBOL products support Embedded Microsoft SQL stuff.

Your manuals are obviously for an very older versions of databases.


I still point you out to the Microfocus site.
Alternatively you can also look at

http://www.oracle.com

and search for their Pro*COBOL manuals which will also help you.
