Hi, I'm pretty new to Symposium and I'm trying to find a field int he database that can help me identify how many calls are sitting in a wait queue. Any ideas?
There is no field in the database to identify the number of waiting calls.
The value can be seen via 'Real Time Reporting'.
In the 'Historical Reporting' database you can see the number of answered calls (within or out of the threshold) and offered calls but in the history there are no waiting calls (anymore).
