Looking for a memory utility

Hi all,

I'm looking to test the memory on a toshiba satellite 1400 with windows XP coz I suspect there could be a problem. I've had a look at some utilities from the web, but they dont seem to actually test the integrity of the memory.

If anyone knows of any such programs available over the web, I would be greatful if they could share their location.
