Looking for a good hosted PBX provider

Hello everyone,

I am Olivia from London, UK, and a small business owner. Currently, I’m using old landline systems for calling clients, most of which are internationally located. So our communication bills are sky high each month, which is quite a pain.

Through a discussion with my team, hosted phone systems rose as a suitable alternative. As a small business owner, I am interested in something that fits my budget while providing the best value I can get at that price point.

I ran up a Google search, and it seems that we have gazillions of hosted phone system providers. Ringcentral is the most popular but they are expensive. The same is the case with Gamma and Avoxi. I did find a suitable one called Acefone but I’m really confused over which one to pick for my business.

Therefore, I thought of making a post here to gather valuable feedback from you all. Which providers are you using and what makes you stay with them?

You have posted your query in a forum dedicated to NEC Telephone systems, we don't do Hosted, we do Physical. Hosted may not be the best option, it really depends on the services you have connected to the PABX. Good luck in finding your solution.
