Longest running exchange box?

Do you mean longest uptime since reboot? Or elapsed time since being installed? Do hardware updates count?

My last Exchange 5.5 box was up for about 3 years after its last patch before it was decommissioned.

can't beat that, but then if it weren't for periodic maintenance I imagine my 5.5 install on NT4 SP6 would be up at around that mark too. Rock solid.
