Long wait to application

I run an accounting app. on a Win2000 Server with Citrix MetaFrame. In the last two weeks many users have noticed a long wait time until the application comes up on their screen. This was not happening before. I did do a Windows update on the server and applied the blaster patch. This seems to be about the time it started happening. The users are running Win98/2000/XP. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could have happened?

There's a fix available from Microsoft. It's seemed to work for a few of our clients. See

Is there a fix that does not cost? The Microsoft site directs you to Microsoft Product Support Services. I'm not looking to pay for Microsoft’s mistake.

I have rolled back to SP3 and all is fine. Should I go back to SP4 and apply the fix? Or, just wait for SP5, which is where MS said the fix will be?

SP4 is a complete nightmare on citrix servers. If running SP3 is no problem for you, i would advise you to keep it that way.
