I work in a school district and some of our phones are restricted, as in some phones can dial long distance numbers and others cant. They want to know for instance if someone from say the human resources department is at a phone that is restricted from dialing long distance, is there a code or something they could punch in so that they could call long distance on a phone thats being restricted, in other words just bypass the restiction if need be.

You're opening up a can of worms and defeating the restrictions on the system. What happens is that an account code is dificult to keep secret, as users are rarely discreet when dialing. Others see the code you are using and pass it on to other restricted users...
What results is a constant changing of account codes and it can become a nightmare for the programmer...

Account codes are something you have to by the RTU's for also and the way Avaya is charging for these today, it would cost a lot.

If you really need to set something like this up, you could use the remote access feature. You can program it with whatever COR/COS you want (which restricts them from other features), barrier codes, how many calls they can place, and set a expiration date.
