I have some phones (2008s and 3904s)that can't seem to make long distance calls.
What settings control this ability?
Is it NCOS or something like that???
Any infor would be appreciated.
Thanks

NCOS is the first thing to check. Prt the TN of a set that can make a long distance call and check to see if the NCOS is the same.

check the 1st 3 digits of cls, see if they match a phone that can dial ld, ncos is the most common place to block but you could also use tgar to block ld.. if those three match a phone that can dial ld, print one that can and one that can't and post it
