I recently moved my services from analog central office trunks to a PRI circuit. Inbound dialing works fine and most of the outbound service works, but I can't seem to get long distance calls through. We do insert 1010288 to ensure that calls go to our long distance provider, but callers get a message that the call cannot be completed as dialed. When we try a long distance call, we get the following indications:

DCH 12 UIPE_OMSG CC_SETUP_REQ REF 00000869 CH 1 23 TOD 13:31:44 CK C1B1B75E
PROGRESS: ORIGINATING END IS NOT ISDN
CALLING #:3034231400 NUM PLAN: E164 TON: NATL
CALLED #:101028817195320643 NUM PLAN: E164 TON: NATL

DCH 12 UIPE_IMSG CC_PROCEED_IND REF 00000869 CH 1 23 TOD 13:31:44 CK C1B1B929

DCH 12 UIPE_IMSG CC_PROGRESS_IND REF 00000869 CH 1 23 TOD 13:31:44 CK C1B1B936
PROGRESS: INBAND INFO OR PATTERN IS AVAIL
CAUSE: #1 - UNASSIGNED NUMBER

DCH 12 UIPE_OMSG CC_DISC_REQ REF 00000869 CH 1 23 TOD 13:31:54 CK C1B2030A
CAUSE: #16 - NORMAL CALL CLEARING

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just have the PRI provider set the LD PIC to the one you want, thats what I do.

try that with a delete 1 on the dgt.. i want to say it would be 1010288npanxx plus 4d... it's been a while.. your sending the call to a local provider? either way either do a direct trunk select or dial the acod and try the call before you take ownership of the problem..

Thank you again for the quick responses. We did have the PRI provider set the PIC (which is what I'm running off now), but we don't always trust them to maintain that correctly, since they would prefer to have it PIC to them instead of AT&T. I'll try accessing the trunks directly later today and let you know what I find. Thanks!
