Logon Scripts

I am setting up an AD domain across 2 different sites. I wasnt to make each site use a different logon script, because each site will map to a local server share.
Is this possible?

Create and populate OU's for each site and apply separate login script policies...

what is Active Directory, i know it has to do with Win2k Server but what does it have to do with? is it dealing with a domain instead of something else?
