HI,
we have a Citrix server joined to a NT 4.0 Domain.
The citrix clients are joined to a 2003 Domain with a two way trusts with the NT 4.0 Domain.
When the users try to logon to the Citrix Server trough terminal sessions the logon scripts assigned to the users properties on Active Directory are not processed.
If the same user try to connect to Citrix through a client on the NT 4.0 domain the logon scripts are processed correctly....
Any tips?
Thanks you!

Acle,
How they are connecting should not matter since all of the authentication is taking place at the Citrix server.

That means that it doesn't matter if you are connecting with a client that is either on a NT domain, A/D domain or in an NDS tree...the Citrix server should still be handling the authentication to the domain.

I'm curious...how many Citrix servers do you have?
Can you use one to troubleshoot with?
So your Citrix servers reside on the A/D domain but your user base resides on the NT 4.0 domain...correct?

enigma,
we have just one citrix server with about 25 citrix clients.
the citrix server is joined to a nt4 domain and the clients to a 2003 domain.
The user base resides on the 2003.
In effect the authentication works well the problem is the logon scripts.
Any idea?

I am going to assume that they do change the domain name to the Win2K3 domain name to login, and they authenticate OK, ie they log in and get permissions and group member ship through AD.

I also assume that you would like their drive mappings to work. Firstly can you manually map a drive that would normally be seen.

If not then it is probably a WINS (eeeeyuck) or NDS that is the issue.

Cheers
Scott
