Please could someone help me. We have set up our intranet/Extranet recently. This works fine on the LAN and from other sites externally. I am having problems with one particular site. They have web access through a shared modem atached to their server. When they try to access the Extranet the login screen just loops. The extranet is using Windows NT/challenge response authentication. They can access ouur Outlook Web Access which uses Basic Authentication. If anyone has any ideas why the login keeps looping I would be very grateful.

What do you mean that the logon page "keeps looping"?

At the logon screen you have username, password, domain. After putting this information in and clicking OK it comes back to the username and domain still in the boxes and password blank. I have tried different users and also a logon to another domain as there are two domains that can access the site.

You may want to see if anything on the default page (including images) references a file that they don't have access to.

Also, make sure that the local policy of "Bypass Traverse Checking" has everyone included. (This may or may not be required)

I am thinking that it is possibly not an IIS problem now as I have used those logins on a dial-up connection with no problems. So I do not think that it is a permissions or user problem. But any sughgestions are gratefully received.
