hi,

"The local policy of this system does not permit
this user to logon interactively"

This is the error message I am recieving. I configure an account to log on locally through local policy settings snap-in. Does interactively means changing users in a single session like logoff from currently logon user and logon using different user.

I am on a domain controller and want to logon with non-administrative user.

May be you can help me clear this ambiguidy.

Bye

If this is a domain controller, the last policy applied that specifies this setting is the default domain controllers policy. This is where you need to make the change. It should be under machine policy, security settings.
