I don't have an exact answer for you, but maybe this will assist you in what you want to do:
In my experience with HP Unix I was able to log a user out by killing the process for the login session. I'm not exactly sure how Apple handles the login session, but it should be similar. You should be able to use command line tools like ps (show processes), awk, and grep to search for the user and kill the login session.
