Just a heads up for people, there is a free LogMeIn app in the AppStore at the moment, just tried it, seems to work quite well. As well as the ignition app but that's expensive and this is free

(mady be logmein) only if you download the app for iphone than you have no control.

I purchased the $30.00 for my iphone a few months back. :-(
Figures! It does work good in a pinch though.

I have used joinme as well with good success. This has been more useful for our sites with embedded mail where we installed manager on the customer's pc becuase we didn't have a box running vmpro and other apps. This allows us to setup a session and help them while they still feel they have their privacy.

The whole remote support thing is important to us so items like logmein and joinme have been helpful. In other cases we port forward the customer router to the IPO opening up just the ports needed for manager to run and access it off site via the public IP.

Just my 2 cents.
