Login tracking utility?

Does anyone know if there is a utility in Windows 2000 that tracks logins? What I'd like is something that would give the login name and login time. I had a user trying to login using a supervisor's password (he had changed his password earlier) and I'd like to see if there are concurrent logins for other users, or any logins during odd hours. Any help would be great.
