LOGIN SCRIPT running FAILURE

My network:
1-PDC
2-BCD's

Certain users in the network can't run the login script for some strange reason.

Below is the only message that I get in the eventviewr bit I'm not sure if that's the culprid or not. Please help!

The browser has forced an election on network \Device\NetBT_CpqNF31 because a Windows NT Server (or domain master) browser is started.

Is replication setup and working between your PDC and BDC's? Verify that the script is in the netlogon share of all three servers.
