We recently were hit with a virus and forced to install the following MS Updates on our Citrix boxes: 810833, 815021, 823980, and 85732 (there were the security fixes for MSBlaster, Sasser, etc...). When domain users try to login to 1 of our servers either via a publish app or full desktop, they are immediately logged off and the following error messages appear in the event log:
Event ID 1000: Attempt to determine whether user and machine accounts are in the same forest failed (0x5).
Event ID 1000: Windows cannot load netapi32.dll with (5).
Event ID 1000: Windows cannot load ntdsapi.dll with (5).
My current work around is to add domain users to the local administrator group of the server which allows them to then log in and work. Does anyone have any ideas before I try reinstalling the hotfixes? We haven't had any problems so far on the other 6 Citrix boxes with these hotfixes.
