Login Error - "Windows cannot load the user's profile"

Hi all :)

Can anyone help me out with this problem.

Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system.

DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified


That happens with a few of the users and my administrator login.

*shrug*
