When I log into my domain as an administrator, I get this message

"The OS was unable to create a temporary profile directory. The OS was unable to load your profile."

What does this mean?

Is this a Citrix MetaFrame network?

Does this happen if you log onto the console of the server in question?

Try running Filemon from on the console of your PDC, then log in from your client workstation. It won't give you all the answers, but it will show you where to start looking.

No this is not a Citrix Metaframe Network.

sounds like a permmisions or profile path problem
