Login.cfg and message before the login

I try to modify the file /etc/security/login.cfg to change the messagge BEFORE the login(with herald attribute,and rebbot), but this no change.<br>I try to eliminate the file, but... no change<br>AIX 4.3<br>Thank..

You must to edit the file, in the <b>herald</b> variable. You must enclose <b>all</b> your message in double quotes <b><font color=red>&quot;</font></b>... You can use the C convention for nonprintable characters. After the edition (you can edit it ONLY if your're <b>root</b>. And, then you must reboot your machine.
