Hi,

We are running NT 4.0 on our server and MS Exchange.
After i logged in on the server and i start outlook, Outlook asks me again for login and password.
How can i prevent that ??

Thanks
Lode

Are you the only user account on your copy of Outlook, or is it a shared resource?

Do you have the same username and password for both server and Outlook? If not, that would give you the prompt. Newposter

On Outlook previous to Outlook XP click on TOOLS - SERVICES. Select Microsoft Exchange Server and then properties. Select ADVANCED and then set LOGON NETWORK SECURITY to NT PASSWORD AUTHENTICATION.

If it is already set to that then your domain logon does not have permissions to the Exchange mailbox or you have a different alias. joegz
