login and logout

hi,
I've created a whole functionable login and logout system. But the problem is, when I logged out from my admin page and then click the "back" button on the iexplorer toolbar, it will direct me to the same previous page. How can I counter this? Some of friends told me to use "session", but I don't have the tutorials. Can you help me cos' Im currently bursting my head thinking about it.

Try this tutorial as what you need to do is assign a session variable & check its existence while a user is logged in and when they log out clear the variable so if they hit back then there session variable is blank and you can then redirect them
