I am trying to figure out what is happening to an inbound message that is not being delivered to the right mailbox.
What logging can I run on the MTA and/or information store to watch all inbound messages to determine where this message is going?
It comes from the internet, and into an Exchange 5.5 server at another site. That site transfers it to my site (5.5) for delivery. Our customer claims that they are sending it, the site in between us verifies that it was routed to me.... and then it is lost... I need to find it!!!
