I'am using NAT.
When the clients DNS server address is the domain controler\DNS servers ipaddress, I can logon properly to the domain but cannot connect to the internet even if my ISP's dns servers are entered in my connection properties.
when when i try to log on to domain controler\DNS server with my ISPs dns server address in the client conection properties it takes a couple of minutes.
If I put MY DNS server ipaddress is in the clients connection properties regardless of order I cannot get to internet.

You must put your DNS server's IP in your clients config. Enable forwarders to your ISP's DNS servers in the properties of your DNS server and delete the "." zone if you have one.
