when i log off one of our terminal server servers i get this message -
SRC=Userenv
ID=1000
USER=NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
MSG=Windows cannot unload your registry class file. If you have a roaming profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.
DETAIL Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

i cannot delete my profile manually from the server either as NTUSER.DAT is being used by another person or program

any ideas?

Thanks
Mark

I've seen this when the user is a member of the local admin group. Remove your ID from the admin group using another admin ID. Then you should be able to remove the profile.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark
