logging ACD agents out 1

I've got to make some changes to the key appearences on ACD agents handsets, but when making the amendments the 3300 state that the extension is in use.

I'm guessing that means the agent is already logged in, I can't log the handsets out manually because they are at a remote site in another country. So I setup a ACD handset at my site, logged in as one of the agents where I couldn't make the changes. Logged out, tried making the changes again and still didn't work.

Is there a maint command to log the agents out so I can make the changes?
 
Based on your post, the issue is more likely with the key than the agent or the phone. Are you trying to remove an active message waiting indicator?

yes, trying to remove an mwl from some of the queues that the agents have been assigned to
 
The Lamp must be inactive (Not Flashing) for the key to be modified or removed.

MIMB's FAQ referenced above is a very good document for turning off lights that cannot be turned off by other means.

Clearing the mailbox of messages would be the first place I would start. If this does not turn off the lamp, then follow the FAQ.

I've finally got round to looking at this again. Resolved using a similar method to MitelinmyBlood's method. I couldn't actually dial the mailbox, so in the end, deleted it, recreated it & set it up, then dialled the clear callback FAC and have now removed that key from all effected phones.
