loggin the root user...

I need to give someone a temporary root passwd. However I would like to log all commands they run and at what times they are executed. Has anyone a script that could do this or know of the best way to achieve it.

Suggest a search on this forum for sudo. Never used it myself, but the things I've read about it are enthusiastic.
