Am getting this error when logging in 'System error:cannot verify user information'

First place I would start is to verify the database setup and the ODBC connections to the database to ensure you have a valid connection.

If at first you don't succeed, then sky diving wasn't meant for you!

No, Bluejay07, this is not a database problem at all.

Check the permissions to the Accpac SITE folder, they need to be Full.

I have checked and adjusted the rights and it has logged in.

Run scanisam, maybe the users.ism file is damaged.
