LTA/STA refers to long term alarm and short term alarm - these show that the channel has not seen any activity over the last hour (STA) or the last 72 hours (LTA). The alarms do not stop the channel recording but it may be worth testing the devices connected to them just to make sure there are no problems with the cabling.
