Log system error

Hi all,
Since last week on my system log has been logging the following error message:

Event id 10016 Source DCOM

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {clsid} to the user userAccount SID (sid). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

How can I fix this problem?

My OS is Windows Xp Home ed. sp2.
